I would have given NO STARS. My sister was admitted to this hospital in 2017 and immediately she tried to commit suicide, what kind of Doctors are there that even in a hospital patients are successful in cutting their whole arm open (not just the wrist). We live in Canada and as soon as my mother was told by my sister that she desperately wants to see my mom, we booked a very expensive ticket immediately and went there. The Doctors got my mom in a room made my mother so down and yelled at her for not being a good mom. WE LIVE IN CANADA. How are we supposed to come see her every time when it costs $1500 for a ticket and we are not that rich to be able to afford going to Germany that often. I miss my sister a lot but the doctors said to not dare call her because we are a terrible family. we called her every day since she got to the hospital to talk to her and we keep being denied by the doctors and nurses. I cry every day for my sister and would give my life to see her and hug her and tell her it will all be ok again. But because she is psychological not in her proper state of mind, she doesn't seem to understand completely. I wish the doctors would be a little more professional and understand that she needs the family and stop brainwashing her into thinking we don't love her, we do love her more than words can explain. Our whole family is suffering every day. For Gods sake we weren't even allowed to wish a happy birthday to her.Dear beloved sister, if you ever get to see this, please know-we love and miss you more than everyone else in this world combined. You still have tons of friends and family that are praying for you to become healthy and come back to us. Remember all the good times we had, we don't care how you look or what you do. We only want you. Please come back to us or at least let us contact you, despite what you are being told, we love you. I love you. If you are being told that we don't contact you, that's a huge lie, we try everyday but keep being denied.
